Q: What food do you eat most often? A: Rice-based meals, mostly, since that's what I grew up with and still what I default to when I can't decide. Beyond that, a lot of stir-fried vegetables and simple proteins — nothing elaborate on a weekday. Weekends are when I might actually put effort into something more involved. Q: Do you cook at home? A: Most days, yes, partly out of habit and partly because eating out constantly gets expensive and a bit boring. I'm not a particularly adventurous cook — I have maybe ten dishes I make well and rotate between them — but I find the process genuinely relaxing after a long day. It's one of the few times I'm not looking at a screen. Q: Have your eating habits changed? A: They have, gradually — less processed food, more actual cooking, and I pay more attention to portion sizes than I used to. Some of that's just getting older and noticing how food affects how I feel the next day. I wouldn't say I'm strict about it, but I'm definitely more deliberate than I was a few years ago. Q: Is street food popular where you live? A: Very much so — there's a real culture around it, small stalls that have been run by the same family for years, that kind of thing. I trust some vendors far more than others, mostly based on how busy they always are; a queue tends to be the best recommendation. It's cheap, fast, and often better than what you'd get in a proper restaurant.
