Q: Do you prefer shopping online or in shops? A: Online, most of the time — it's just more efficient when I already know what I want. But there's a kind of shopping I still prefer doing in person, mainly clothes, because I hate the whole cycle of ordering three sizes and returning two. So it really depends on what I'm buying rather than a blanket preference. Q: Do you think people buy things they do not need? A: Constantly, and I include myself in that. A lot of it isn't really about the object — it's more that buying something gives you a small hit of control or novelty when everything else in the day feels repetitive. I've caught myself adding things to a cart just because I was bored, not because I actually needed them. Q: Do you enjoy shopping, or do you find it a chore? A: A bit of both, honestly. Grocery shopping is a pure chore — I want to get in and out as quickly as possible. But browsing for something specific, like a new pair of shoes or a book, I actually enjoy that, especially if I'm not in a rush and can take my time.
